Synopsis

The Blank Generation' part 2. In the aftermath of the quake, the Mad Hatter seeks a hat that will enable him to control the minds of the citizens, and Narcosis plans to unleash a drug that will destroy their minds. Batman, while trying to cope with the immense tragedy surrounding him, must deal with the two master criminals.
